By creating a shop account on RateEngine, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, lawful, and respectful platform for all users, in accordance with local and international laws.

1. Account Eligibility

Only businesses, shops, or their authorized representatives may create shop accounts. All information provided during registration (including shop name, location, contact details, and ownership documents) must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Shops must disclose the nature of their occupancy (e.g., owned, leased, or rented) with valid supporting documentation if requested.

2. Account Creation and Eligibility

Shops may: Publish promotions, offers, and product details to consumers using RateEngine. Boost promotions by paying a fee, which is non-refundable under any circumstance. Have their birthdays and anniversaries displayed, allowing consumers to comment and engage. Shops may not: Publish or promote other brands, companies, or products without proper authorization or permission. Use RateEngine to engage in any harassment, abuse, or offensive behavior toward consumers, other shops, or distributors. Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent documents or information.

3. Promotional Activities

RateEngine allows shops to reach more customers by boosting visibility via paid promotions. All boosted content must comply with community standards, legal regulations, and must not infringe third-party rights. Promotional payments are non-refundable, regardless of performance or visibility.

4. Distributors’ Role

Distributors have a separate account type and are permitted to rate and review shops. Distributor feedback must be honest, professional, and in accordance with RateEngine’s code of conduct.

5. Content & Data

All content shared by shops must: Be owned or licensed by the shop. Comply with copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Not include false or illegal claims. RateEngine reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify shop legitimacy at any time.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

RateEngine Management reserves the right to deactivate or suspend any shop account without prior notice for any violation of these terms or based on legal/regulatory obligations. Reasons may include, but are not limited to: False documentation, Offensive or illegal activities, Unauthorized promotions, Repeated consumer complaints.

7. Legal Compliance

Shops are responsible for ensuring that their activities on RateEngine comply with all applicable laws and regulations, both local and international. If a legal body or government authority requests information about a shop, RateEngine will comply and provide the necessary data as required by law.

8. Privacy & Security

Shops must maintain confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized access or security breaches must be reported to RateEngine immediately.

9. Final Agreement

By creating an account, you acknowledge that: You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You are legally authorized to represent the shop or business listed. Any disputes or legal matters will be handled according to the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
