These Terms & Conditions govern the use of RateEngine by Company Accounts. By registering as a company on RateEngine, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. These terms ensure transparency, authenticity, and professionalism across the platform.

1. Eligibility & Verification

To create a company account, the following conditions must be met: The applicant must be a legally registered business entity. RateEngine requires submission of valid company registration documents, such as: Business registration certificates Tax identification certificates Proof of company address. The individual registering the company must be an authorized representative (owner, director, or authorized officer). This person must provide: National ID or passportOfficial authorization letter from the company (if not the owner) RateEngine reserves the right to verify all submitted documents and may reject or suspend accounts found to be incomplete or fraudulent.

2. Platform Use & Activities

Company accounts on RateEngine can: Publish information about their products and services, Create promotional content viewable by consumers and shops and also share company news, announcements, events, and campaigns and engage with shops and consumers who are connected to their product categories.

3. Responsibilities & Restrictions

Companies must: Provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times Ensure all promotional and product details are truthful, legal, and ethical Avoid: Promoting third-party products without permission Sharing content that violates intellectual property laws Using misleading, aggressive, or harmful marketing tactics Any individual acting on behalf of the company must behave professionally and respectfully on the platform.

4. Approval & Monitoring

All company accounts and content may be manually reviewed by RateEngine prior to publication. RateEngine may request additional verification at any time to maintain platform integrity. Failure to provide requested documents or misrepresentation may result in suspension or termination of the account.

5. Promotion & Visibility

Companies may use paid options to boost visibility or promote specific products/services. All promotion payments are non-refundable. Promoted content must meet RateEngine’s Community Guidelines and Content Policy.

6. Data Sharing & Legal Compliance

RateEngine may share company data with legal authorities or regulatory bodies upon lawful request. Company accounts must comply with local and international laws applicable to advertising, sales, and privacy. All submitted documentation and public content must be true, accurate, and not misleading.

7. Security & Authenticity

RateEngine prioritizes platform trust. Companies must: Keep their login credentials secure Inform RateEngine immediately of any unauthorized access Not create multiple accounts for the same entity without approval.

8. Termination Policy

RateEngine reserves the right to deactivate or delete any company account without prior notice if: Submitted documents are found to be false Company representatives engage in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive behavior The account breaches any platform policy or applicable law.

9. Agreement

By creating a company account, you confirm that: You are legally authorized to represent the business, All submitted information is accurate and legally valid,You agree to comply with all RateEngine policies, terms, and any future updates.
